Barb Herrera

I'm Barb Herrera, a retired midwife who has struggled with my weight since I was 7 years old. 2.5 years ago, I weighed 405 pounds and today I weigh 145 pounds, all with using the GLP-1s Trulicity and now Mounjaro. My life has been transformed and I am on a mission to show those of any size that there is hope. From bedridden for a decade to my morning walks of 5 miles, I've been able to do this with medication and a LOT of hard work, I am in a life I never knew was possible! Through my blog and my YouTube channel, I share what life was like before and what joy I have now. I coach folks who are hesitant or have questions about the medications and the plethora of life changes necessary to begin living in a way many of us never knew was possible.
